I provide a mat and bring equipment with me that is deeply disinfected between clients but with time you might want to invest in your own mat and other props (yoga blocks, ankle weights, resistance band)
The sessions finds place at your location (your home or a peaceful and quiet location of your choice). This is one of the benefits of private pilates as you can be comfortable in your own space and you don't need to invest time in traveling.
